Best, insurance you have lots of choices. The employees discount is also very good. The hours that you must work are very good for a retail store.

Good medical with limits. Great 401k. The most basic dental.

High deductible insurance. I guess that’s standard though. Employees scared and disappointed with rumors that hybrid model will end. 10 days paid vacation a year. Small yearly raise that doesn’t match inflation. Employee discount should start after one month not one year.

Low vacation time to start off. No firm hybrid model creating a limited new candidate pool while creating tension and uncertainty among teams in place that value the current "Temporary" hybrid per manager approval concept.

Typical benefits offered. The biggest obstacle was with the onboarding process. IMO you are left to your own because they send you emails and don't truly explain that benefits are offered through a variety of providers and you have to call each of them directly to get information and understand your choices. It would be super helpful to have a 'one stop shop'. I miss working with a human being when it comes to onboarding!

Overall, the benefits package is good with exception of the paid time off. Employees work well over 40 hours a week but no flexibility in time off parameters offered.

Company pays substantial part of health insurance premium, resulting in very low cost for employees. My plan covers annual checkup and enables lower price prescriptions, but I am responsible for significant deductible and copays on other provider services. If you do not have major or ongoing health issues, this is just fine and very economical.
