My medical benefits are paid in full!
Fully Paid health insurance premiums (as long as you don't have kids)
They think they offer a generous "European-style" PTO package, but it's a joke. You start at a total of 10 days of sick and vacation time. Everybody comes to work when they are sick because they want to use the little bit of PTO they have for vacations.
The most comprehensive benefits package I've ever had. I've never seen one like it, Etna has incredible benefits and they pay 100% health.
Etna pays 100% of medical insurance, and offers 2 options including an HSA (they contribute to this as well). They offer dental and vision options, a 401k, and life insurance. They have about 10 paid holidays every year. PTO increases the longer you work here.
Etna offers a rare and extremely generous benefits package! Anyone who has worked for a few different companies in their lifetime appreciates and values this immensely. • There are 2 medical plans to choose from (one is an HSA to which Etna contributes monthly). The medical is paid for 100% by Etna and it covers employees, their spouses, and their children. • They offer dental & vision to all employees at a group rate. • They have roughly 10 paid holidays every year. • The PTO is based on longevity and it begins at 10 days with the cap at 25 days. • They have a 401k plan and match up to 4% of the employee's salary. • They cover $25,000 life insurance and offer options to increase the coverage to the cost of the employee. • They also offer paid family leave (family temporary disability insurance for extreme illness or maternity, etc.) and long term disability for those who meet the requirements of the insurance company.
Some of the best benefits in the area, particularly with health insurance. HSA for family is covered in-full with an additional contribution to the savings account every pay period. In addition the company has 401k, PTO (sick and vacation), paid holidays, long-term disability coverage, profit sharing program, and Christmas bonuses.
