Time Off & paid holidays competitive. PTO based on position & grows with title change/advancement. Great health insurance coverage & 401K matching program. Additionally, Compass Group offers significant discount programs on everything!
I was a Call-In Employee, So I got A Phone call for me to come in. That is good if there is an abundance of work. It takes a while to get the required hours and be promoted to full time. As a Call in I am not eligible for such benefits as Life Insurance. If You are promoted you are eligible for medical benefits.
The worst thing is no direct contact with people from the company we work for.
Health insurance is a little too expensive and added to that you need to pay for a deductible.
vacation/ time off and work from home flexibility
The company’s perks are great. Vacation increases based on time employed. Health benefits worked better than our her companies for my family.
The health care plan is too expensive for a family of four. Allowing you to ear two weeks of sick time per year but restricting use of it to one week a year is just not right for a family with small children.
Work life balance, good PTO after 90 days. Benefits offered in a various range based on needs. Great dental!!!
Accrue time off throughout the year and must use all during the year
I know they have benefits but when I asked about them the manager said he did not have much information. They do have some kind of medical, 401 (not sure if they matched), sick , vacation, and one personal day
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
