The benefit package is the best that I have had with many years of food service. I have better health, dental, vision, life & 401k matching than I have at other companies. The rates are better with better benefit options available to my family.
Eurest is owned by Compass Group, which is a huge corporation, for that size and the company's year over year financial success, the benefits were still expensive and the co-pays and premiums were very high. As for time off, it was so hard to get it because the work/life balance here was so out of whack. Again, for the size of the company, the paid vacation was pretty weak and there wasn't a lot of support; particularly for chef managers at small units where they didn't really have a large team to fall back on to fill in when they were gone. So much "ownership" pressure was put on them by the corporate team that small mishaps would result in big trouble. It was like they did it on purpose so people WOULDN'T use their PTO.
nothing bad to say about the benefits. better then many companies.
Great medical coverage and dental
401k,medical insurance, earned vacation time, opportunities, growth. Career opportunities as well as chances to see different marketplaces, trends, & states. I personally started at an entry level position and have worked my way up to FSD
Company perks such as Intervent for healthy living and perkspot for discounted attractions. The health/medical benefits are okay because I am single no kids so it is a good price for basics.
the best thing is having a 5 day work week.
Benefits are at a high cost
Great perks! Awesome company I must say
Lots of company perks ang good insurance. Lots of options and a website dedicated to them.
