Euronet Worldwide offers great benefits
Best benefit is ealth insurance. Still has PPO plan Worst, No stock options and takes 5 years to vest in 401k matching program. .
There are next to no benefits offered. 401(k) matches 50% of what you contribute up to 5% (so the most you'll get is a 2.5% match). Company contributions are only given ONE time per year, not monthly, and you are not vested in those contributions for the first four years you work there. The health plan premiums are actually cheaper on the Affordable Care Act website (healthcare.gov) than the company's "subsidized" plan offered at Euronet. There is no investment in health or discounts on fitness memberships, etc.
Overall a very fair plan with reasonable co-pays. Perhaps not the best, but definitely above average for comparable companies.
They do a very good job of keeping health benefits affordable. Stock offerings are very limited.
They don't have a great package in comparison to other companies I have worked for. It is an okay package. There is a lot of confusion between what is and isn't in their package. The only good thing is the ability to purchase their stock.
Time Off because they offer off vacation and sic leave, and employees can alos work from home
