Generous performance bonuses available to all sales and management employees.
The bonus is basically dependent on how many retail products you can jam down a customers throat. Customers don't like or want the retail since it's very over-priced but since bad retail can put your job at stake, waxer's are forced to make customers feel uncomfortable everytime they come in. PSA: Estheticians hate selling product that they know isn't good.

Its competitive only certain individuals can achieve it if they work very hard and diligently. but its all good fun and the result is worth it
Some franchisees have a great bonus structure, but tend to make the goals pretty aggressive in such a saturated market (Dallas/Fort Worth).

They offered me commission based on packages sales. I feel like the percentage I was offered was an excellent bonus to my regular pay check.
It's great if you consistently have higher $ services. Eyebrow/lips won't get you there. Depends on location/clientele.
