The health insurance is good but I wish they would go with a bigger insurance brand like blue cross since they have more to offer

The way Sick time was used was not fair. It was very demanding. PTO would not accumulate correctly.

The benefits package is pretty light but it can work depending on your needs. It worked for me to meet short term goals. There is no 401k, 10 days vacation (5 unpaid), no health insurance, and time off is at the discretion of the manager or owner. The owner was more understanding then the manager. There are performance bonuses which are a great incentive to produce more. The commission is only 5% on services so it's great to be able to get a lump sum in your check to make up for the commission. The performance bonuses were the best part of the benefit package. You get 10% of product sales. You get free waxing and 33% off of personal product sales. You work full time hours but you are considered a part time employee

I gave EWC two stars because at least they were upfront with me in disclosing that there are really no benefits to be offered. Unlike some places that claim to offer health, dental, vision, 401k benefits if you work full time.

Each location is independently owned an operated; as such, benefits vary from location to location. Health, Dental, & Vision benefits are available with a decent employee contribution. My franchisee offers HMOs from Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health Plus.

None. Not even 15 minute breaks. Horrible place. Best thing was being let go and getting a better job.
