It really depends on what franchisee you work for. Salary for a Center Manager can range from $25,000 to $55,000. Some franchisees offer extensive benefit packages such as medical, dental, vision, PTO (2 weeks), Paid sick days, Life insurance, etc... and some franchisees offer nothing. It really depends how large the franchisee's portfolio of businesses is.

The owner provides a 401k for fulltime employees. Also health insurance if you want to opt in for it. We also get a week vacation paid after a year of employment.

The best is that insurance come out of each paycheck based on how much one makes.

No paid time off. Insurance is expensive and isn't offered for a while. Was promised a 401k but was never received. If you enjoy skin care products and waxing there are good discounts on that.

They do offer health insurance, however, the owners of that location did not pay it on time so me and a few other waxers and GSA's suffered from not being able to use our health insurance for months. I had to go to the doctor twice and had to pay out of pocket for the visit and medications. They did reimburse me but it was very nerve racking and unprofessional for them to have to do that.

Wax insurance really saved my wax at one stage. The Great Waxing Fire of '05 nearly put us out of business but we kept on waxing, even through the global recession
