Its honestly so good. Most of everyones spouses are on Evans plan because its hard to beat. I know a couple people who stay here just because the health insurance is so good. PTO isnt bad either and it seems to be getting better. No maternity leave though and when a lot of other comparable companies are offering paternity leave, this is way behind the times.
Worst company to represent, day one you will be lied to, given false promises, no hope for promotions unless you are family or sleeping with executives, must kiss there every move to even be considered part of the so called “team”, be prepared to work endless amount of hours without the proper pay. No one is safe, constantly on edge thinking you will be next. They will say they value your opinions however once you speak up be prepared to be fired next day without any “real reason” for the termination. Company like so many is all for saving money and taking as many short cuts then compositing or keeping worthy employees, degree in all, don’t expect to stay long term, once you give this shameful so called company the tools they need will turn your job to the third world country, language barrier and a terrible track record. Disgusted how customers are blind to the reality of who’s actually in charge of there expensive freight movement, along with there ability to drink on the job, hence the kegerator in house to keep you well liquified which they prompt in all tours at headquarters in Brookfield WI.
There are a lot of company perks. We get holidays off, free dental, 401k, free limited life ins, offered long term disability, extra life ins, etc.
