Health care insurance are offered after 90 days of employment like anywhere else. The different perks offered here verses somewhere else include the gym membership and lots of travel opportunities.
Evantage provides a lot of benefits for their employees. Everything from weekly bonuses and incentives to health benefits, travel opportunities, fun trips, team events and free food. I have never worked with a company that gives so many incentives to reward my hard work.
Absolutely no benefits. They consider business trips as a benefit; however, they are mandatory in order to be "promoted" and you must pay your own way and pay for all of your meals. You also only get paid 1/2 mileage and are discouraged from submitting it.
