Our Benefits

In today's workplace there are many things that help an organization stand out.  We feel that benefits go beyond health insurance and retirement, but also mean developing and training our team members in a way where they are more productive, advance their career faster, and are enjoying their job.  

We strive to have a work environment that people can excel in, so our benefits go beyond health insurance.  We have an environment, where you will have access to the executives of the company for personal coaching and development.  We also encourage giving back to our community and plan several charity events throughout the year to give back to our community.  Also, for those into fitness, we have a partnership with Lifetime Fitness to provide discounted gym memberships, personal training sessions and more.

Evantage provides a lot of benefits for their employees. Everything from weekly bonuses and incentives to health benefits, travel opportunities, fun trips, team events and free food. I have never worked with a company that gives so many incentives to reward my hard work.

Health care insurance are offered after 90 days of employment like anywhere else. The different perks offered here verses somewhere else include the gym membership and lots of travel opportunities.

Absolutely no benefits. They consider business trips as a benefit; however, they are mandatory in order to be "promoted" and you must pay your own way and pay for all of your meals. You also only get paid 1/2 mileage and are discouraged from submitting it.

To clarify, Health Insurance can be set up after 90 days of employment. We also have a wellness program that starts at anytime, where we pay $50 of any employees gym membership to Lifetime Fitness. You must utiilize the gym 8 times a month to qualify. There is no doubt that business trip are a valuable learning experience, and for most of our team, they have used those opportunities to learn and grow by visiting other offices, and improving their skills. As for mileage, it does need to be recorded and handed in, but it is 50% of the entire week, not just business use, because our team members have found it easier to keep track of the entire week, which includes commuting, personal car use, etc. than just remembering to count when they visit clients and conduct sales calls.
