Benefits are really good. The kick in sooner than most companies. The company works hard to keep the employee cost low. Normal vacation and sick time.
Good vacation and sick time. One of the weakest 401k programs I have seen. They do not match even one cent. They have eliminated almost all PPO insurance options and push the HRA.
Some of the coworkers are nice and the sample sales are fun. (Sometimes they get a little wild.)
Full-time benefits at an affordable cost. Potential discount for joining their program which includes activities that they had planned. Discount for non-smokers. Option for payment to come right out of your paycheck each month. Decent health care coverage for a single person. The package i chose: Emergency room cost $100.
No 401k match. Knowledgable benefits administrator. Great wellness activities. Introducing new benefits to employees, giving them more options.
PT employees don't have benefits and pretty much anything offered is PT. No paid time off. Shotty heath insurance that cost like $45 a month (which is a lot considering what the hours look like)
The best thing about the benefits with event network is that all of your health, dental, and vision is with one company and you do not have to remember three different insurance companies.
There isn't a benefits package at all for part time employees
Best - Really Decent Health Insurance. Worst - Overall Pay
Best: Decent health insurance Worst: Vacation and sick days are difficult to accrue in the first year. If you're sick, you must use PTO. They do not separate vacation and sick days.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
