One of the benefits to a female CEO: new parents matter. Amazing that both new mothers and new fathers get paid time off to bond with their newborn, and it can be taken all at once, or broken up as needed.

Very good maternity/paternity leave.
Paternity leave was in line with requirement from the state, but was facilitated through excellent support from the benefits team. Had I needed additional time off, I'm sure I would have had no difficulty getting it, as the company is very family-friendly.
