Time off policy really suits me- they allow you to be professionals, get your work done, and take the time you need. It means as an East Coast transplant, I don't have to decide between seeing my family at the holidays and taking an actual relaxing needed vacation for myself. + Great health benefits and partnerships with OneMedical group, etc. + Food onsite- saves me a lot of money and time! Healthy food options are also key. + Pays for gym membership + Dogs at work are actually really relaxing. + Continuing education focus- many interesting speakers and opportunities to broaden your horizons.
Great perks like free food and snacks in the office. Does not match 401k Unlimited vacations boils down to your manager so it is very tricky.
Great wellness and transportation options. Love the unlimited PTO plan. Would be great if the 401k plan had a matching program but I'm guessing that's down the line!
Great benefits. Unlimited time off, free lunch + breakfast + snacks. Comprehensive health insurance. Only con is the 401K doesn't match.
Unlimited time-off and lunch is catered 4 times a week.
The only part of the compensation package that could improve would be the base salary. It's roughly equivalent to the Nashville area, but I'd expect it to be higher given that engineers in San Francisco are making a higher salary.
Company perks are amazing - delicious free meals, smoothie and espresso bars, healthy snacks. There are services like massage, acupuncture, manicures, and yoga available onsite. Lots of happy hours, team outings, and fun events in the office. Wellness and transportation stipends are appreciated. Medical, dental and vision all seem pretty standard. PTO is "take the time you need" - which has some downside, as sometime it's hard to take vacation when you actually should! The downside is no 401k match currently.
Great health insurance plans to choose from.
Best thing is the "Take the Time You Need" policy and general encouragement about living a healthy lifestyle. The worst thing is that there's no 401k match and that they aim to be in the middle of the compensation band whereas the company is on the upswing.
PROS: Take the time you need for vacation or sick days, $100 stipend for transportation every month, meals, and personal/professional development CON: No 401K matching
