Paid Time Off: To help you have time to relax and recharge with your families and friends, we start you out with 22 days of PTO as new hires. This increases incrementally at 2, 5 and 10+ years. Additionally, we celebrate 9 holidays, and provide a volunteer day per year, plus jury duty leave and bereavement leave as needed.

Health Benefits:

    • Healthcare: You pick from dental, vision, and health plans with FSA or HSA options, and we pay most of the premium for our associates.
    • 401k Match: We provide 401k and Roth options as well as a company match.
    • Life and Disability Insurance: We hope you never need it, but we provide it.
    • Employee Assistance Program: If you need a little extra assistance, our EAP is here to help with counseling, substance abuse, elder and dependent care, legal support and much more.


    • Charitable Match: We know that our associates love to give back to their communities, and we enjoy being a part of that in any way we can. We promise you up to $250 per person per calendar year to the qualifying charity of your choice.
    • Education Assistance: Our associates are continually learning and we support that! We will reimburse you up to $500 per person per calendar year for job related education.
    • Wellness Challenges: Companywide, fun, interactive quarterly health challenges are available for you and they include prizes for winners.
    • Benefits Committee: The best way to know and understand what you would like in your benefits is to get you involved. Our committee includes Evergreen associates from all areas and levels of the company and they have a big say in what we offer here.

    Benefits package is not competitive compared to other lenders. The pay per file commission and base pay are not enough to keep their top employees.

    Decent health care and generous 401k contribution. Vacation plan is generous and they encourage you to take advantage of their work life and family balance.

    They have a wonderful PTO plan that is very generous! The prices on the medical plans are a little spendy, but not too bad compared to other places. I am satisfied!

    The health care premiums are extremely expensive compared to other industry's health care standards, but it is probably average for mortgage. The 401k matches are on a vesting schedule. No paid family leave. Vacation time off improved a bit, which is great!
