They cover the family or have a package to do so
Performance bonuses (if offered) not paid or paid less than the LV office.
NO PTO rollover is a sore spot. I am not saying you need to allow hundreds of hours, but why can't employees rollover even 20 hours. It is ridiculous.
The benefits are VERY Good.
PTO can range from 3 to 7 weeks depending on job title and seniority. Health insurance is cheap for individual but could get expensive for the entire family. The company just recently updated maternity and paternity leave to 4 weeks and 2 weeks respectively. There's a 401k plan that gives 4% matching and there are performance based bonus for different departments.
the moment they started changing rule and regulation requirements without any publication of said requirements told me that this is a POS company that will make up rules just to fire you without real cause
Lack of PTO rollover/PTO buyback is really a downer. Rollover was available before GCA's purchase of the company and gave employees flexibility to take a day off here and there. I believe the concern was someone saving up several weeks' worth and taking vacation during peak production periods, but as far as I know that has never occurred.
The dental and other insurances are good. Health is a little expensive for the coverage. All together the entire benefits package is good.
401k could be better. Lacking in benefits for families, no maternity and paternity leave
Decent benefit plans for individual with a large network. Family plans are not affordable. Vacation benefits are very good. There are no company perks anymore, they were all taken away due to "budgeting"
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
