Of course we offer catered lunch, generous PTO, and great insurance... but here's what makes us different
We love learning! Evernote Academy provides an opportunity for us to stretch our creative legs and learn a new skill like flower arranging, public speaking, or lock picking.
At Evernote HQ in Redwood City, we love our coffee! Employees can learn to make espresso drinks and pick up a shift to meet fellow co-workers and create amazing latte art!
Plan a trip! Employees at Evernote are encouraged to take time off and relax. Every year use a $1,000 vacation stipend to travel somewhere new
Family is important to us! Both mothers and fathers are encouraged to take time off when welcoming a new member to the family by offering an additional 6 weeks paid leave.
Evernote takes care of you that’s for sure—Lunch is healthy and awesome, health insurance matching 401k is great, and commuter benefits are a plus.
401k match and 100% employee insurance paid
Good health insurance / dental insurance coverage, unlimited paid time off, catered lunch offered every day
A comprehensive benefits package; comparable to what I've had at larger companies; lots of perks like catered lunches every day; get a $1K bonus for taking vacation time; flexible work schedule is family friendly.
Best thing: commuter benefits, gym classes, employee classes, flexible work schedule. Worst thing: don't have one
401k match, cover advisory fee on Wealthfront up to 100k, fully paid health plans, gym, snacks, drinks, free lunch everyday, unlimited PTO, fully paid Caltrain, yoga on Friday morning, meditation and bootcamp classes, coffee bar, RocketLawyer
Unlimited vacation, ability to be flexible with working at home, caltrain is fully covered
Benefits and perks are great. They have a whole team devoted to walking you through any question you might have about any of them.
The good: They will train you to be a barista if you want, as well as a lot of other fun classes taught by other members of Evernote each quarter. Caltrain Go Pass is also available. Work from home on regular days for certain teams but it depends on the team (thus unsure). The bad: No 401k matching (though they've been promising it for a few years).
Free healthcare, good food, unlimited vacation, paid maternity/paternity leave, onsite gym and workout classes, book club, and more. Its a great package.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
