Best thing: commuter benefits, gym classes, employee classes, flexible work schedule. Worst thing: don't have one
401k match, cover advisory fee on Wealthfront up to 100k, fully paid health plans, gym, snacks, drinks, free lunch everyday, unlimited PTO, fully paid Caltrain, yoga on Friday morning, meditation and bootcamp classes, coffee bar, RocketLawyer
Unlimited vacation, ability to be flexible with working at home, caltrain is fully covered
Benefits and perks are great. They have a whole team devoted to walking you through any question you might have about any of them.
The good: They will train you to be a barista if you want, as well as a lot of other fun classes taught by other members of Evernote each quarter. Caltrain Go Pass is also available. Work from home on regular days for certain teams but it depends on the team (thus unsure). The bad: No 401k matching (though they've been promising it for a few years).
Free healthcare, good food, unlimited vacation, paid maternity/paternity leave, onsite gym and workout classes, book club, and more. Its a great package.
Fully paid employee benefits
I think our benefits are very competitive.
Best: Work From Home, Vacation and Paid time off Worst: for me it's good :)
The benefits package at Evernote is rather comprehensive. Notable items are: Free lunch, free snacks/drinks, up to $80 subsidy on mobile plan, $100 subsidy on any headphones, new Mac every 2 years, in-house gym, health/dental/vision.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
