Benefits and perks are great. They have a whole team devoted to walking you through any question you might have about any of them.

The good: They will train you to be a barista if you want, as well as a lot of other fun classes taught by other members of Evernote each quarter. Caltrain Go Pass is also available. Work from home on regular days for certain teams but it depends on the team (thus unsure). The bad: No 401k matching (though they've been promising it for a few years).

Thanks for the great feedback! One thing that we announced last Friday - we're kicking off a 401k match on January 1, 2018! We're super excited to add this to our line up of great employee benefits... More

The benefits package at Evernote is rather comprehensive. Notable items are: Free lunch, free snacks/drinks, up to $80 subsidy on mobile plan, $100 subsidy on any headphones, new Mac every 2 years, in-house gym, health/dental/vision.

No paid vacation, no 401k matching. Good food services and a nice little gym.
