Health insurance is incredible. An EAP plan, 401(k), FSA, and unlimited vacation! I haven't used to much vacation time but others have commented how their boss made it so they could take time off and come back without their work in shambles. That's awesome! We could do a much better job at promoting professional development for our employees. Luckily this is being talked about and we have someone championing PD for employees.
Pretty good for a small startup. Solid basic benefits - healthcare, flex spending, disability, life insurance.
Currently there is an unlimited vacation policy. Awesome is pretty much the only way to explain that one. The benefits are great, thought I have seen the most competitive benefits packages at other companies cover slightly more of the insurance premiums.
