401K is alright (company does not match though which is unfortunate) PTO accural rate is VERY GENEROUS. Full time employees max out at 4 weeks which is attainable after 3 years (can be 5 weeks if you rollover 40 hours from previous year) Time 1/2 pay is given to anyone who works on holidays Bonus potential for full time employees can be generous as well (varies by store)
There was none for part time
Dental, vision and health are offered after 90 days. No 401k, disability or life insurance. 40% discount in your home store only.
Part-time associates do not get benefits
Everything but Water has great products and a great employee discount. I really enjoyed working there.
Great benefits offered to full time employees
worst thing is that they have changed their plans every year in june, so when your benefits renew in January, you basically have to meet your out of pocket twice in a year. Now they are going from United Healthcare to Cigna, and there is absolutely no stability for people who work full time and get benefits. This is one reason why I am choosing to look for work elsewhere.
Good benefits covered everything I needed
Best: Afforable healthcare plan that includes dental & vision. Worst: Horrible bonus structure.
Paid time off must be used within the year it is accrued.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
