Health insurance, 401k, PTO all are standard and comparable to other companies in the industry. Wish insurance was more affordable.

They seldom match 401(k) despite their promises and yearly bonuses are at the discretion of your management. Taking a promotion is detrimental to your bonus amount, as they will always award the minimum, citing that you're still "in development".
