Company cares about employees. health benefits, and 401K match
Health insurance options are good, better than other companies I've seen in the last few years. Vacation allotment is good if you can schedule it. However, the 401k match is lower than I've seen, but more than that, it isn't a guaranteed match. They determine 401k match at the same time as bonuses.
