work from home on fridays and once proven days needed for personal appointments.
Flexible with WFH once a week.
Work from home depending on the team and manager
Great work-from-home culture (but uses basic teleconferencing solutions)
Evolent makes it easy to telecommute. The responsibility is on the employee to show up to meetings on time, engage, and reach out if there are any issues connecting to remotely or with VPN.
Of course working at home nice, but having your calls recorded seems untrustworthy.
If you need external monitors, keyboard, and mouse, those items can be expended and reimbursed up to a reasonable amount.
Understanding and trusting managers that give you the autonomy to do your job without micromanaging.
This is a great added benefit for employees who may work further away from the office and do not want to deal with traffic, or anything else for that matter.
Evolent has a very WFH friendly culture. There are a LOT of remote employees and even departments that require people to be predominantly physically present provide structured WFH options (e.g. once a week, coverage provided, or during a snowstorm, etc.). In some specific circumstances WFH privileges are not awarded in the first couple months.
