Healthcare is a bit expensive. 401k match is nice.
Good health benefits, options for dental and eye. Company provides a 401k and good vacation time from day one.
15 PTO days + holidays. Good # of sick days. No self-improvement, WFH, or any other stipend. Low cap to 401k. Base salary is low compared to other software.
They are not great. The Mike's Salad is good downstairs though, and is a reasonable price for lunch.
Benefits are worst i've had. Healthcare premiums are crazy high. Most companies are $15-30 premium per month. Exago is $300. 401K match max is about $1,000 per year:/ Benefits mirror the companies health.
Exago has a robust benefits package with many different options. The cost of the medical insurance is higher than that of a larger company but that should change as the company grows and is able to access better plan options. The vacation policy is very good. The office is also pet friendly - how great is that!
Exago has a 401k that it offers its employees which is great. Exago also has a great sick time policy and is extremely flexible/accommodating in work-life balance.
Immediate access to 15 days vacation / Paid Time Off. I do not take advantage of other benefits which include gym membership.
