The benefits are ok, but it could be better
Cost of health insurance increases exponentially every year. Additional surcharge for smokers.
Benefits were offered once I was hired. Did not take advantage of the benefits due to only working a part time position
Limited time off, health insurance, unpaid maternity leave, etc.
Easy to enroll in benefits. Cost is a bit high.
They said I would get a benefits package. There was benefits listed in the job description. I never was offered them when they asked to hire me and when I asked about the benefits, they told me they would send me the paperwork. I never received them and I had asked 2 more additional times. I never received the paperwork.
The benefits are constantly being reduced. For instance the 401K program was started for everyone in the company. However, now it's only available for those that are not part of one of the call centers. That even includes the management of the call centers.
The worst thing it is being a limited policy plans with very deductibles and out of pocket expenses. Also when I worked for EMSI the company did not contribute any slight percentage to the paying of said plans
non-existent for mobile paramedical examiners
No real benefits to speak of. Management was very flexible with schedule if you needed time off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
