good benefits, healthcare is good, have 401k but it would be great if they added a match
Below average vacation/time off (the offshore office of the company has more paid holidays than the onshore arm), NO 401K MATCH which is unheard of for a company this size, salary is slightly below industry average regardless of which office you are in (inexcusable considering the lack of 401k match). Years ago, there would be free bagels brought in once a week, massages once a month, and "brown bag" learning sessions with free lunch, but these perks have all disappeared as the company continues to sink.
There is no 401k matching - AT ALL. The benefits are similar (if not worse) than most other companies. Nothing good/special to report
No 401k match Starting at 10 days vacation, with 3 floating holidays 6 company holidays (July 4th, labor day, memorial day, Christmas day, thanksgiving day, new years day). No MLK, no presidents, no day after thanksgiving Low entry salary considering the area they hire in
Pretty good benefits package. They don't match 401k however unless that has changed over the last year.
Salary is good. Health, Dental, Vision is good. Vacation time builds up with years of service. 401K does not match. It's clear that the Client's package is better, but it is a good package compared to other Consultancies.
I would like to see a better leave policy, and a 401k match would be awesome!
There is no 401k matching, at all.
Health Insurance and 401 k are good.
It is middle of the road. Certainly not competitive with the big consulting firms.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
