Out of state insurance doesn't have a decent local pool of people that are in network or allow me to keep the same doctor without paying higher amounts.

They start matching right away, which is great.

The personal experience, Holly, my recruiter did everything possible to make this transition as effortless as as butter on toast

They say they offer medical/dental/vision but they mean you can purchase those things through them. The health plans are really expensive and not awesome -- you'll likely have better luck on the exchange.

Its a great company to work for. They have great benefits, and the owner is very helpful. I would recommend you try them out.

Medical is expensive, no raises without promotion which doesn't happen very often. Wage deductions for benefits (PTO, Holiday), management plays favorites when better positions become available, recognition for good work goes unrecognized but one screw up gets negative attention.
