“I do not have the health insurance but have heard many horror stories about how expensive it is and it doesn't cover much.”
The personal experience, Holly, my recruiter did everything possible to make this transition as effortless as as butter on toast
Its a great company to work for. They have great benefits, and the owner is very helpful. I would recommend you try them out.
Great company. a place to grow, develop and improve your skills
Medical is expensive, no raises without promotion which doesn't happen very often. Wage deductions for benefits (PTO, Holiday), management plays favorites when better positions become available, recognition for good work goes unrecognized but one screw up gets negative attention.
No perks, you have pay for all of your "benefits".
All benefits were a deduction to hourly wages
Company benefits are about average for the staffing industry and are opt in/opt out with a (+-)impact to your hourly rate depending upon which benefits you choose if any. Most benefits are only beneficial if you are on a longer (year +) assignment.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
