Need mechanism to avoid dual agency. Should not review your own employees cases and should not force them to use mail order pharmacy which is a mess. Overall, the insurance is otherwise better than most.

Well heck... it IS a hlth ins co! But compared to MVP it's great. MVP's employee hlth ins. was embarrassingly bad.
The high deductible I have is nice that it cost free.
The company covers a lot of the initial cost. And, if you are healthy according to certain guidelines, they cover all the initial cost.
It is robust in coverage, but very fair and low regarding premiums, what one would expect when working at a top-notch non-profit health insurance company.
