Also good program for voluntary leave donation and sick leave insurance. Cons: Harming millennials by progressively decreasing benefits, restricting vacation roll over, eliminating pension, not individualizing packages, and unfairly classifying women as PT (who arent) and then underpaying and undervaluing them.
