All positions are not flexible, but when possible working from home or offsite gives a nice change of pace.
It dependents on your team and job function. Some can and some can't work from home.
It is up to individual supervisors whether or not a person can work from home.
The obvious thing was a flexible work schedule and not having to fight traffic in the long commute to the office. It did require 10% more production though, but what with less or no interruptions at home as opposed to the office, it tended to cancel out. Working at home and excellent health insurance coverage were the top perks of working at the company!
