The healthcare is very good.
401K, Paid vacation, Health Insurance was great but is now more expensive with less coverage since the Healthcare Act.
+BONUS! 25% target that we usually achieved at the site! Delta: 90 days before eligible for medial and six months for 401k. They start you the second week of the month so it's more like 120 days before medical and 7 months for 401k.
The vacation time allocated was the best thing about Exel and the ability to split up your time/days if you wanted
The benefits package is, if not the best, one of the best I've ever had. Full cover with very little employee contribution.
Time off costs you points if you don't have vacation time available. They offer the full benefit package but you have to start as a temp first and then after 90 days if they hire you, you have to wait another 90 days for their benefits.
The benefits are extremely competitive.
