“Average plan as far as matching”
“tons of money paid and no coverage”
“took away a week of my vacation but I had 4 weeks”
Good cafeteria plan, consistent with local market
Good benefits and good location
Decent coverage overall, healthcare premiums about average
Best thing (as of a few years ago - no longer with the company) - covered medical / dental / vision benefits (many options offered), great PTO, good 401.
Awesome benefits!! Really a great package.
This seemed to match what I've heard other people getting from their employers (govt. contractors)
Increased cost in benefits through the years
Time off was standard. When I had a medical emergency they gave me extra time off, when I put in my 2 weeks they took the money out of my paycheck without telling me... Medical was a joke. My wife works for a call center and gets better benefits, we took hers. They STRONGLY encourage volunteer work, but then make it a point to tell you that it's your own time... they then put their name on the signs. So they get good PR out of free labor, devilishly good plan.
I was contract, so I can't say much about the benefits, other than what I heard from direct hires. I heard that it all varies and all depends on when you were hired and what you were locked into at the time.
Very average benefits package. Insurance is decent, but not great. Retirement benefits are average as far as 401k matching. Vacation is good after the second year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
