Full relocation, good 401(k) match, a good bonus plan of up to 20% of your base salary exists for top performers however it is kept quiet by HR.
They match 100% of what you contribute to your 401K, up to 6%. The benefits could be better. Deductibles are high and you still pay a percentage afterwards.
Good benefits, triple time during holiday shutdown (two weeks from Christmas to just after New Years) and Sundays if one chooses to work. Very flexible work schedule depending on department one is working for. Employee discount programs with various companies e.g., Microsoft, Dell, etc...with substantial savings. Company was just acquired, so I would check with HR if these benefits will remain in effect before accepting any offer influenced by these benefits.
The medical insurance like most places in the Aerospace Industry has been cut in coverage and increased in cost over the years. They required that you participate in the wellness program in order to get incentive dollars that would apply against your deductible! For some that is just unfair.
Good: Very good healthcare package including dental and vision with low cost to the employee. Worst: Generous PTO policy but difficulty scheduling actual time off due to lack of adequate project scheduling.
Good benefits at a reasonable cost.
Benefits are better than most companies but not the best due to high premiums along with high deductibles. However, along with a good salary, the benefits make for a good package.
Benefits are okay, not great.
The companry will match up to the first 6% ( first 3% whole dollar, last 3% half on the dollar). 401k managed by external company, which will automatically balance basic portfolio if selected by the employee Dental and eye care are average at best.
Terrible insurance especially for having a family. There are only two benefit plans offered and both require huge deductibles to be met before the plan will pay anything. Even then, the employee is still stuck with most of the medical costs. The plans won't pay 100% of hardly anything.
