Limited options on healthcare plans. Includes federal holidays off and paid, 4 floating holidays per year, and ample earned paid-time-off.
The health benefits they offer just keep getting worse and worse. Plus their plans are self-funded so they are exempt from providing any health services that are mandated at the state level.
The 401K plan is pretty good...decent match.
Generous 401k match and you are vested on day 1.
As a first year contract position through a temporary agency there essentially were no benefits. A 401K plan was offered, but with no matching funds or other benefit.
The insurance package they provide is only slightly better than no insurance. That is the nicest thing I can say about it.
1-week Christmas shutdown, good health benefits package, uses a Personal TIme Off (PTO) system instead of separate vacation/sick time
Benefits are above industry average.
Seems ok if no medical problems
No more pension, only 401k. Medical costs rise yearly. PTO and paid holidays.
