Vacation is earned through accrual over pay periods rather than all at once at the beginning of the new year. Some hours are allowed to be carried over into the next year. Floating holidays are given at the beginning of the year. Comparable with most company plans. Most managers allow for flex time and often approve of work from home options if not abused (salaried employees only). Recently the company reduced the longevity vacation by one week for employees beyond 15 years.
Vacation is probably about average the first few years, then becomes pretty substantial, but now can only be carried over in limited amounts from year to year.
