The best thing is that they cover the basic essentials. However, they require you to pay some parts out of your own pockets.
They have some of the best health insurance that I've seen.
There is a high premium to employee and deductibles are so high that it's just pay, pay, pay for employees. It should really be called "catastrophic emergency insurance"
Health Care starts at the beginning of the month after you join which is nice, compared to waiting 90 days.

Coverage has changed over the last year and gotten a little more expensive. Overall though still better than what I have seen at other companies.
