The best thing is the PTO.
Benefits start the first day of the following month of your hire date. So you might only work a few days to get them.
Flex spend card covers the out of pocket deductible on the high deductible plan - but it is paid out in 4 lump sums, once a quarter so if you run into big medical bills early in the year you will have to pay first and get refunds later which is a hassle.
Benefits are OK not bad
Health insurance is ok, they give 2k tword deductable but the plan does not start paying until full 6k is met.

Benefits begin immediately and were simple to enroll into with several choices.
low 401K match (i.e. almost 3%) high deductible insurance plan accrued vacation policy is a mess
Benefits are horrible! The absolute lowest options in each category. HR has no clue how to process the benefits correctly.
