Great benefits and good company
Great health care insurance. Company puts $2k into a HSA so all your co-pays and doc visits come from this account. If you dont have health issues you can go a year without paying a dime out of pocket (other than the monthly deduction from your check). This was for a family.
Great healthcare coverage compared with other companies I have worked with.
Company has a 401k, paid personal time off & health benefits.
Recently converted over to PTO rather than breakouts for Vacation/Sick which actually helps time off. Health Insurance is good as they stock a HRA which almost covers the initial deductible. Worst part is the 401k matching, 25% match, meaning you have to invest 12% to get a 3% match if that makes sense.
The benefits for this company were excellent! The insurance that was provided was second to none. I can only hope, for the sake of current and future employees, that the benefits do not change in the future.
Great medical benefits and HSA plan. Great vacation plan with about 15-16 days but days do not roll over. 401k can not be vested until 3 years.
Best thing is they offer a package - while it's still cheaper than what is offered through Obama, it's still very expensive. The coverage is terrible.
insurance is very high....and don't get pregnant you'll lose your job when you come back
