They give you a lot of Paid Time Off only downside is they use your Paid Time Off if you call in sick.
Great program putting all hours into one bucket for use. The problem is getting the approval to use the hours.
On par with what a lot of companies offer, you do not get any days "up front" and as far as I know you can't borrow from your "bank". You accrue days and use them.
Their Paid time off is fabulous
All built into one bank. So any time off is considered part of PTO.
Exeter gives reasonable amont of pto but if you leave the company they do not pay it out. Your sick and vacation time are shared.
3 weeks vacation right away for certain positions
15-16 days of PTO but days do not roll over for the next year.
No sick days in addition to PTO. You have to use your PTO when out sick.
Converting vacation and sick days to PTO has helped give more flexibility for taking days off throughout the year.
