They offer pretty much the bare minimum required by law, plus a few extras like sports tickets/company picnic/Christmas party/decent amount of PTO. The only major positive difference is that (if you've been with the company 3 years), they will cash out unused PTO when it expires and if you leave the company.

PTO is lumped into 1 bucket and there is not enough of it. The extreme value towards longevity at the company makes it hard to get more than 12 days PTO/year.
Best: They match first 3% into 401k, and if you contribute 7%, they will give in 5%. Worst: PTO. They dont give you much and it isn't easy to earn.
Best parts: Pretty decent M/D/V, 401k with good company matching and profit sharing to make up for wages. Worst parts: Small amounts of PTO, PTO used for sick days and bereavement.
The 401k match and production bonus is about average to the industry
The insurance is pretty good. Profit sharing is the best benefit they have at Exotic. Vacation after 5 years is assume.
