Solid benefits. Wellness reimbursement for health-related items (think running shoes, gym memberships, etc.) and travel reimbursements, as well as nice discounts on hotels and car rentals.

The overall benefits package is good; the 401K match is good, the health insurance is good, you also get the gym/wellness money, bus pass, and some credit money to spend on the travel (that is based on the years of service). In the first year, you are getting 15 days of vacation and in the third year, you will get 5 extra days.

Excellent benefits that start first day of employment. Benefits are one of their key pillars for employee retention.
