“You get 15 PTO in the first year whenever you join the company. The PTO will slowly increase with the length of tenure. However, it is less flexible as the PTO can not be rolled over to the next year.”

You get an additional benefit for Travel Reimbursement and Wellness Budget each year. PTO can not be rolled over to the next year.
Healthcare and maternity leave benefits
Good benefits, but not particularly strong vs other tech companies.
Travel and wellness reimbursement for things like exercise equipment, workout clothes, etc. and we were able to use it for work from home equipment during the pandemic.
Wellness and Travel perks are nice. 401k matching, charity matching and RSU grants are also nice perks.
Best: long paternity leave (3 month) and 20% discount on booking hotels through Expedia.com Worst: Incompetent salary compared with other IT companies
