Good benefits package. Very competitive
Vacation is getting better, but we get very few holidays off. I can't take less than eight hours off (e.g., can't take a half day off). 401(k) match is a joke. Monthly insurance premium is low (or nothing HDHP) but coverage isn't great.
Great 401K and health coverage
Was paid for 100% then.
Benefits really only become beneficial once you have been employed for 8+ years
Dollar for dollar match on 401K
The health insurance plan is great. It lacks on the vacation time and how long it takes to get more days.
Bests: They cover most of the health care monthly premiums for staff and their dependants; They pay 100% for the employee's monthly bus pass; They do 401K matching; Paid vacation and sick days. Worsts: You only earn sick hours/days when you're on the clock, so folks who have worked there for 10+ years who have a month or more of vacation actually earn less sick hours since they're on vacation during more of the year (ie: staff with longer tenure end up having to use their vacation hours for sick time off.)
3 weeks vacation right off the bat, 401k plan, health insurance, stock options
401K, Stock Options are above average
