Expeditors has great health care. Though employees now have to contribute (previously they did not), the coverage is outstanding for the price.
Aetna. $500 deductible for just the employee, about $16 per paycheck. Health, dental, and vision through EyeMed. 401k. Stock options. 3 weeks vacation for new hires. No paid maternity leave.
3 weeks of paid vacation is nice but be prepared to work a few holidays.
They have great benefits overall!
1:1 matching 401k, health insurance, death insurance, accident and dismemberment insurance, vision insurance, free annual checkup, vacation and paid time off, holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation for new hires
I worked here , and although the pay was low, they provided FULL coverage of benefits! Best thing: full coverage! Nothing extra coming out of your check!
Best benefit is the health insurance. It used to be free to employees and their families but has recently changed. However, even with the change, the premium is still very low for a family in comparison to other companies. Other benefits are fairly standard - 401K, ESPP, vacation, and sick time accrual. No paid parental leave though.
Used to have free healthcare for employee and family, but as of 2018 that is changing. Employees have choice to pay to remain in PPO or adopt HSA program.
Great medical benefits but no paid family leave.
Expeditors offered a very good package of benefits: full health, dental, 401k, life insurance, etc
