They are changing it next year to where they no longer cover the cost of insurance monthly

Good 401k program matches up to 3k a year, vests over 5 years as of 2017. Good health insurance without a monthly premium, and they have a great employee stick purchase program. Free bus pass.

Medical coverage is great. Includes an employee assessment plan that provides concierge service for counseling, childcare, and general wellness questions. Not all employees receive bonuses, it's subject to management decision but management styles are inconsistent across the board.
The company provides a standard benefits package. Not really up to date or at par with the other technology or big companies in the area which is really what you want. But, overall, not too much to complain about.
Vacation time has recently improved. 15 days/3 weeks for people that have worked here up to 10 years.
