Vacation is determined on how many years worked. The longer you have been with the company the more vacation you get.
3 weeks Vacation plus really good sick time. People abuse it and its really good. LOL
15 days starting with two flex days. 20 Days off after 10 years.
3 weeks paid vacation right when you start plus 4 hours of sick time per month,
For a developer, relative to the market, this is not a generous Vacation/PTO agreement.
Overall, we get a majority of bank holidays. Start out with 4 weeks and your time off increases with tenure. 2" FLEX" days to use of your choosing. They just added more days this year to the vacation plan so it is clear they're getting pressure from competitors in the industry.
Worst thing - PTO is okay, but many fewer holidays than other companies.
It doesn't roll over. Use it or lose it.
Limited to 3 weeks per employee, given at the beginning of the year with the intent that an employee earns it though a year of employment. PTO does not rollover, and does not increase until 7 years of employment
Just gave new hires more vacation time
