The team recently decided to standardize 401k matching across every country which results in a pretty big bump for a lot of people. The discrepancy between countries wasn't even something many people were aware of, but they decided to proactively increase the match for everyone anyway. It's a common thread that comes up here - you'll be taken care of before you're even aware that there's room to improve.
