Very generous vacation package. Average, but good health/dental/vision. Pretty good PTO match. Very poor paternity leave though.
Health insurance plan options are less than ideal
Non-paid holidays. Benefits are too expensive and its best to buy external insurance plans.
Health/Dental/Vision is reasonable and competitive to alternatives. 401k is provided, but no match. Holidays are unpaid.
The insurance coverage is very nice and very thorough, but it is way too expensive for the amount we get paid (I pay 1/3 of my weekly pay on my insurance) You receive 10 hours of PTO per month, but there are no paid holidays, so when we are closed, you have to use your PTO in order to get paid those days if you want to. We have no paid sick time, no paid maternity or paternity leave, no office events, no paid schooling, no additional training available to learn more about the industry, and no professional development. It's a good start, but there needs to be a lot more to improve or be added.
They have a great 401k match and the health benefits are good - fairly standard. But still decent and available to families.
Seems fairly average, but it's hard to say.
It’s very difficult to track your vacations, there’s no salary increases EVER
Unpaid holidays until a contractor completes 1000 hours of work
Not so good benefits. Seems like they give benefits but those really really less
