I have medical, dental, vision, 401K, stock purchase plan, short and long term disability and 15 days of PTO per year.
Appreciate that Health, Vision, and Dental is offered as a contractor. Additionally being able to contribute to a 401k is nice.
Insurance isn't expensive, but the out-of-pocket deductible is ridiculously hight.
Company offers a health care plan, found to be un-affordable to most low end contract employees earning only 13-16 dollars an hour. They offer a 401K with no employer contributions or matching.
401 K Match first 3%, Stock Purchase Program.
Benefits were pretty decent, they have increased in cost and reduced coverage each year. Still has lower premiums than most companies.
Good insurance coverage to include 401K
Decent broad benefits package available
Experis did offer me full benefits, although they were quit expensive. The Arizona law regarding contractor sick time is awsome.
+car reimbursement program +great insurance +great HR support to help you navigate the benefits systems/structure
