401K, health insurance, dental, and vision
Benefits were pretty solid. Start out with almost three weeks of PTO. Healthcare got expensive towards the end but that isn't company specific!
Health insurance is completely paid by employee. No employer contribution.
very costly for a large company. Doesn't cover much
They offer health insurance, disability, and other types of insurance. 401k (not matching), and even some PTO.
Not good. They don't offer good health insurance plans. What they have is expensive with less family and individual coverage. Better to take that from outside.
It is actually a pretty balanced package - better than many of the clients I work with.
No holidays. You're expected to work 100% of all holidays unless you use your PTO to request time off in advance.
You get none until 6 months of working and no one goes through the benefits package with you
Appreciate that Health, Vision, and Dental is offered as a contractor. Additionally being able to contribute to a 401k is nice.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
