“The good insurance is very, very expensive and the affordable insurance is super bad”

The benefits package is not too bad except for the health insurance. The deductible is $6,500.00
The PTO was the most disappointing part--we only accumulated about five days a year, some of which had to be used when the campus closed for Microsoft's paid holidays. In other words, we had far fewer paid holidays and had to use our own minimal vacation time just because Microsoft employees were given more.
The Health benefits were terrible. The Employee contribution was so much, that EGS couldn't have been paying very much towards them. Every December was our open enrollment, every year the plan changed our deduction and deductibles got higher, coverage lower, Happy Holidays!
Low accrual for paid time off, the "affordable" health insurance is really bad, bonus program is bad, freeze on yearly pay increases
The worst was the coverage and the cost. There wasn't anything good about it.
The benefits are the absolute worse I have ever seen. If you want full coverage it’ll cost you $800 a month! On top of that there is a $4,500 deductible. You can not afford to live if you want full or even limited coverage. They have an $80 a month plan that doesn't cover anything.
They pay a base pay of $10.00, after training it goes up. Pay is biweekly on Friday's. There is no bonus, there is insurance, but even if you don't apply for it they take it out of your check. They don't always add your hours correctly. The system that puts your hours in the system never works or you cant log in. Is not always paid for holiday's
The cheapest benefit is not even worth getting because the deductible is $6500. The most expensive plan still have a 1500 deductible.
nothing, over- work employees, never keep track of benefits for 3-month new employee, play games with your money, steal pay from you by using a false clock to dock time
Received a check every two weeks
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
