Expert Global Solutions Vacation & Paid Time Off

Vacation is accrued weekly and the accrual rate needs to be better. Sometimes hard to get approved for time off and if you can't use it by the end of the year it is paid out at only 75%.

Any vacation time, if approved, is not paid.

You are able to get it if the project allows you to due to business needs.

I feel like 2 weeks of vacation is just not enough time off no matter how you look at it. There needs to be a way to get more vacation time if you want it for all employers, not just EGS.

You get two weeks a year

You accumulate PTO but had to use it if you had emergency or sickness, ect

It's hard to build up and they force you to use it when they want you to use it!!

Had to fight to get time off for my wedding. Manager wanted me to come in on my wedding day. Ridiculous. Had to go above her head to get a week approved.
