Great office location in downtown Boston, growing sales team, work from home potential, strongly encouraged to take advantage of PTO to travel during the summer months, casual office environment, open office space, company happy hours, strong team mentality, bi-annual staff tours and other frequent international & domestic travel opportunities, regular team and company outings, Roth 401k match, tuition reimbursement
There are no benefits working for this company.
Free company travel, generous pto that accrues each year
PTO is the best. Not many options on discounted travel or allowed to work from home enough.
Benefits were better before we had Worldstrides as our parent company but they are still better than your average company. Lots of changes have been happening in the last year and a half. Still on the fence of whether they are positive or negative. Right now it seems like their main focus is growth of the company even if it can potentially come at the expense of some of the employees.
Medical insurance is expensive and doesn't provide a ton of coverage when compared to most other Boston based companies, but they do have a lot of benefits and recently rolled out a paternity leave program
Free trips every other year. Good amount PTO. Vision is bad Boston, No LensCrafters
Tons of PTO, free trips every other year, happy hour every Friday, annual company events
Best - free travel evert other year Worst - health insurance has a really high deductible
Lots of PTO, travel perks and a good 401K program.
