I only received a one-day training. It was not much of an experience! I preferred if I had a manager help me whenever I needed help. Good thing I relied on my coworkers to help me get around.
Training is usually quick. They bring you in one day really early and you learn about the different shirt fits, and pants, and how to best sell to the customers.
it is very hands on and fairly easy to follow. Not that hard especially if you are a quick learner. You just have to show the trainer that you can do it. keep practicing.
You need to be a self learner.
They just teach you a bit, you must really learn on your own some stuff. There is a register training where you learn to use the register in case your called to check customers out.
theres really no training, i think they expect you should know what to do in a retail environment, except how to fold or organize clothes
They do some company videos and are good on making sure you are understanding it or if you have any questions on it
It is also very good
It was very informative. However, repetitive for people with retail experience.
I was not trained on register.
