In retrospect the benefit offerings are comparable. At the time I was aligning them to MEDCO which were outstanding.

Includes dental and vision. The company also just introduced 2 weeks of parental leave for families parents of new born.
The best thing about Express-Scripts benefit package is that there was no deducible or monthly payment. The worst is that not all drug are covered.
Overall inclusive benefit package. Employees contribute based on salary & pricing for tiered options. WAH positions are rare.
