I enjoyed the 401k plan that they had, but the benefits were percentage based, so it was generally ok.
Don’t get sick or you’ll be in a mountain of debt! You oh out of pocket for everything. High deductibles (even for the most expensive and most inclusive plan), horrific pharmacy/drug benefits.
You have to use your vacation time up before leave kicks in for 60% of pay. You pay out of pocket for child birth, then come back to work with no vacation time.
The best thing about the benefits is that you get bonus base off your performance each month.
